FAQ

  • I am not getting reminder notifications

    Open iOS Settings → Tendere → Notifications and turn them on. Then open Tendere → Settings and confirm notifications are enabled in the app.

  • What is Duo Mode?

    Duo Mode lets you share selected reminders with people you invite. Solo Mode keeps everything on your device. You can leave a group or turn Duo off anytime in Settings.

  • Why does the app say Offline?

    In Solo Mode, Tendere works fully offline. In Duo Mode, Offline means sync is paused until you are back online — your local tasks still work.

  • How do I delete my data?

    Delete reminders in the app. To stop Duo sync, leave the group or turn Duo off. For account deletion help, email support with the address you used to sign in.
